The Multimedia Artist plays a key role in bringing brand stories to life through visually engaging and high-impact designs — both static and motion-based. This role is ideal for a creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced marketing agency environment and is capable of producing a variety of content formats that align with each brand's marketing goals.

The artist will collaborate with the marketing and strategy teams to develop digital and print materials including social media content, marketing collaterals, web and advertising creatives, and brand videos or reels that reflect the agency's creative standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and design static and motion content for social media, marketing campaigns, and digital ads.

  • Produce and edit videos, reels, and other multimedia assets aligned with brand identity and campaign objectives.

  • Develop marketing collaterals (brochures, posters, presentations, etc.) for both digital and print use.

  • Support web design and layout projects by providing creative visual elements.

  • Ensure all design outputs adhere to brand guidelines, quality standards, and deadlines.

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to translate strategic ideas into compelling visuals.

  • Stay updated with current trends in digital design, social media formats, and advertising best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or any related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing or creative agency setting.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) or equivalent tools.

  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, composition, and color theory.

  • Experience in video editing, motion graphics, and social media reels production is highly preferred.

  • Knowledge of web layout and UI/UX design is a plus.

  • Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and ability to meet tight deadlines.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
