Position Overview

The AI Prompter (Prompt Engineer) will participate in driving AI projects in the content domain, focusing on prompt design, image quality optimization, prompt engineering development, and maintenance. 

This role requires strong interest in artificial intelligence and hands-on experience with AI tools. The candidate should be able to design high-quality prompts for different products and use cases, evaluate their performance, and assist in building standardized AI prompt system templates to enable automated image/content generation at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize prompts based on product/content requirements to improve model output quality and consistency

  • Conduct in-depth testing of different model outputs, record and analyze generation quality and cost performance

  • Produce standardized documentation to clearly communicate AI prompt structures, model usage, and test results

  • Ensure the stability of generation systems, assist with project launch testing, and support regression verification

Requirements:

Knowledge and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Marketing, English, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience

  • Practical experience in implementing AI projects, especially in prompt engineering and content generation modules

  • Familiarity with at least one or more mainstream AI tools (e.g., GPT, Gemini, Claude, Stable Diffusion, FLUX, etc.)

  • Strong written English skills, capable of producing clear and accurate English prompts

Soft Skills

  • Strong coordination and cross-team communication skills (content / development / product teams)

  • Agile mindset with the ability to quickly respond to business changes and advance project goals in phases

  • Strong problem-identification and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently handle exceptions or performance bottlenecks in workflows

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of work experience in AI-related fields, product design, or marketing operations

  • Prior experience in AI project development, prompt experimentation, or cross-platform integration is preferred

  • Background in e-commerce, furniture, interior design, or AI-driven image/visual generation projects is a plus

Probation Assessment Focus

  • Ability to independently execute prompt design, A/B testing, and optimization iterations

  • Capability to implement end-to-end generation workflows (from prompt → image → storage)

  • Analytical skills to evaluate generation results and produce structured summaries to support decision-making

  • Engineering mindset and willingness to participate in system development and maintenance of automation modules
