Production Workers

Job Summary:

The Production Worker is responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, inspecting materials, and ensuring efficient production processes in accordance with Japanese quality standards. The role requires discipline, attention to detail, and adherence to workplace safety and company policies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate production equipment and machinery efficiently and safely.
• Assemble, package, and label products according to company standards.
• Inspect raw materials and finished goods for defects or quality issues.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area (5S compliance).
• Conduct basic equipment maintenance and report malfunctions.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production targets.
• Comply with company policies, safety regulations, and quality assurance protocols.
• Participate in training programs for skill improvement and workplace adaptation.
• Perform other tasks as may be assigned by supervisors or team leaders.

• Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of production processes.
• Good physical stamina and ability to work long hours or shifts.
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and consistently.
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Punctual, disciplined, and able to adapt to a Japanese work environment.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety and cleanliness (5S principles).
• Knows how to speak Nihongo
• With experience working for plastic/manufacturing company/experience (Japan)
• without violating any "Department of Migrant Workers" regulations

Qualifications:

• Education: At least High School Graduate or Vocational Course Graduate.
• Experience: Preferably with 1–2 years of experience working for plastic/manufacturing company/experience in Japan
• Language: Can speak Nihongo
• Physical Requirements: Fit to work; capable of standing for long periods and performing manual tasks.
• Other Requirements:
• Must possess valid passport and necessary documents for Japan deployment.
• Must pass Trade and Japanese Language Assessment (TESDA and JITCO standards).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php50,000.00 per month
