Job Description:

  • Maintaining and updating audit files while ensuring the proper handling, and confidentiality of documents.
  • Labelling, sorting, and categorizing of audit documents for the ease of filing and exportation.
  • Assist in conducting internal audit activities such as operation audit, monitoring of marketing campaign schedules in the digital calendar, etc.
  • Disseminating audit result and ensuring that the auditee (s) will sign the findings, for documentation purposes.
  • Taking minutes during the discussions and reporting.
  • Perform the assigned tasks given by the Assistant Audit Manager
  • Monthly monitoring of office supplies needed by the department.
  • Other ad-hoc task given by the Assistant Audit Manager

Job Requirement:

  1. Graduate of Finance or any business course.

  2. With at least one year experience related to audit.

  3. Honest and Trustworthy

  4. Keen to details and fast learner

  5. Able to work with minimum supervision

  6. Willing to do field work
