About the role

ARAM ENTERPRISES INC' is seeking enthusiastic and driven fresh graduates to join our dynamic team at our Pasadena City, Metro Manila office. As a full-time Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of our company, providing exceptional support and solutions to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to inbound customer calls and emails in a professional and efficient manner
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively
  3. Provide accurate information and guidance to customers regarding our products and services
  4. Actively listen to customer needs and concerns, and offer appropriate solutions
  5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as required
  6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes

What we're looking for

  1. Recent graduate with a strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills
  2. Proficient in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively
  3. Adaptable, with a positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment
  4. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve customer issues
  5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
  6. Passion for providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the growth of the company
