Job description:

Key Responsibilities

  • System Design & Development:
     Create technical designs and develop new web-based applications and APIs.
  • Technical Support:
     Act as a final point of escalation for complex technical problems, performing root cause analysis, debugging code, and implementing permanent fixes.
  • Collaboration:
     Work closely with a variety of team members, including other developers, product owners, and support teams.
  • Agile Processes:
     Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle within an Agile (Scrum/Kanban) framework.
  • Innovation:
     Find ways to automate support and improve systems, including exploring new technologies like AI tools and chatbots.

Must-Have Skills

To be a strong candidate, you must have:

  • Experience:
     At least three years in a senior developer role and five years in system design and development.
  • Support Expertise:
     Proven experience with production support, handling hotfixes, and working as L3 support.
  • Web Development:
     Strong experience with web-based applications, 
    RESTful web services
    , 
    JavaScript
    , 
    TypeScript
    , 
    ReactJS
    , and 
    HTML
    .
  • SharePoint:
     Proven experience with 
    SharePoint
     and 
    SPFx application development
    .
  • Backend Development:
     Expertise in designing and deploying APIs using

    C#

  • Databases:
     Experience with relational databases like 
    MSSQL
     and 
    Oracle
    .
  • Agile Methodologies:
     Experience with 
    Agile
    , such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Soft Skills:
     Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication in English, and the ability to work effective
