Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior .Net Developer
to join our innovative engineering team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing both short- and long-term technology solutions that drive the success of our applications, systems architecture, and overall technical infrastructure. The ideal candidate will bring over extensive experience utilizing .NET technologies in a dynamic Agile environment, alongside proven leadership and supervisory skills.

This position offers a unique opportunity to lead a team of developers, oversee complex projects, and work on mission-critical systems that directly impact our business operations and client satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Create and modify innovative short- and long-term technology solutions by adapting new and existing applications, systems architecture, network systems, and infrastructure.
  • Develop robust program logic for new applications and analyze or modify logic in existing ones while ensuring successful implementation of system improvements.
  • Code, test, debug, document, and implement software solutions throughout the full software development lifecycle in a fast-paced Agile environment.
  • Participate in design sessions using Object-Oriented Design principles and ensure adherence to coding standards, perform code reviews, and manage source control
  • Engage in SDLC frameworks such as Scrum, utilizing tools like Jira to track progress and ensure timely delivery.
  • Foster an environment of continuous improvement by constantly evaluating and integrating new software engineering practices.
  • Review system requirements and business processes to align software solutions with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to enhance the efficiency and quality of team deliverables

Your Profile

  • 7+ years of software development experience, particularly using C#, .NET 6.0, .NET Core, and .NET Framework.
  • Proven experience with microservices architecture and database development in MS SQL Server.
  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong knowledge of professional software engineering practices across the software development lifecycle including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, unit testing, and operations.
  • Deep understanding and practical experience with Object-Oriented Design.
  • Hands-on experience with APIs, messaging software, interoperability techniques, and standards.
  • Experience in Cloud Technologies, particularly AWS, is a plus.
  • Background in developing software for the financial services industry is advantageous.

This will be on a mid-shift starting 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Manila).
