We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Mechanical Maintenance Manager to oversee and control the overall performance of our mechanical maintenance team. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader responsible for the effective implementation of mechanical programs, ensuring the continuous operation, reliability, and efficiency of all plant equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and control the overall performance of the Mechanical team and the Machine and Fabrication Shop.
  • Develop, plan, and lead the implementation of maintenance strategies to ensure the reliability and availability of plant equipment.
  • Prepare and manage maintenance plans and schedules.
  • Lead the identification of critical spares and manage the PMR (Preventive Maintenance & Repair) of these parts.
  • Manage day-to-day work execution, workload, and accountability for mechanical supervisors and technicians.
  • Lead root cause analysis and FMEA for critical equipment.
  • Implement and maintain mechanical maintenance standards, specifications, and systems.
  • Manage the department's budget and monitor cost performance.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and training for the team in line with company values and goals.
Qualifications:
  • BS Mechanical Engineering graduate.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical execution.
  • Well-experienced, open-minded, with strong leadership skills.
  • Knowledgeable in mechanical equipment, troubleshooting, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
  • High level of safety awareness, especially for tasks involving heavy loads, hot works, and working at heights.
