Key Responsibilities

Clinical Duties

  • Deliver skilled occupational therapy services in line with medical orders.
  • Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to improve functional abilities.
  • Perform evaluations and interventions for dysphagia, cognitive rehabilitation, and work readiness.
  • Prescribe, fabricate, and recommend adaptive devices and splints.
  • Provide therapy for physical, psychosocial, and developmental needs, including purposeful play for children.
  • Educate patients and families on activity participation, body mechanics, and energy conservation.
  • Refer cases beyond occupational therapy scope when necessary.
  • Stay updated through seminars, continuing education, and professional development.

Administrative Duties

  • Schedule patient treatments according to prescription, preference, and availability.
  • Ensure proper use, maintenance, and cleanliness of therapy equipment and modalities.
  • Report equipment issues promptly and coordinate supply requisitions.
  • Maintain department cleanliness, orderliness, and inventory of supplies and services rendered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
