Job Summary:

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and monitoring warehouse operations to ensure accurate inventory control, efficient material movement, and compliance with company standards. This role works closely with internal teams and external warehouse partners to support smooth distribution and achievement of operational KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of goods
  • Liaise with third-party warehouse operators, depots, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient operations
  • Ensure accurate recording of inventory transactions in
    SAP
    and inventory monitoring tools (Excel)
  • Monitor stock levels and support inventory availability for distribution and operations
  • Lead and participate in cycle counts and monthly physical inventory; investigate and resolve variances
  • Ensure warehouse activities comply with company procedures, safety standards, and audit requirements
  • Track warehouse performance against agreed KPIs and prepare operational reports
  • Coordinate with Purchasing, Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams on inventory-related concerns
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, and process optimization

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering
    (or related course)
  • At least 2–3 years of experience
    in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics coordination
  • Strong working knowledge of warehouse processes and inventory management
  • Proficient in
    Microsoft Excel
    ;
    SAP experience required
  • Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Amenable to shifting schedule (Monday to Saturday)
  • Willing to work in
    Parañaque
