Job Title: Luzon Head of Business Development

Location: Luzon Area (Field-based with periodic reporting to Head Office)
Job Summary:
MySuki is looking for a dynamic, strategic, and client-focused Luzon Head of Business Development to lead client acquisition and relationship management across the Luzon region. This role will focus on acquiring new clients, particularly Beverage and FMCG Distributors and Corporate Companies, while also ensuring the retention, satisfaction, and consistent platform usage of existing clients. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with deep knowledge of distribution networks, technology driven sales enablement, and client success management.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition
• Identify and approach potential FMCG distributors, beverage companies, and corporate partners across Luzon.
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting, needs assessment, demo, proposal, to closing.
• Develop strong business cases showcasing MySuki's platform value to potential clients.
• Represent MySuki in client meetings, trade shows, and other relevant industry events within the region.
Account Management & Client Success
• Serve as the primary point of contact for existing Luzon-based clients.
• Ensure smooth onboarding, training, and activation of new clients on the MySuki platform.
• Monitor platform usage, resolve client concerns, and provide ongoing support and optimization.
• Regularly conduct business reviews to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for improvement.
Revenue Management
• Monitor and ensure collection of monthly subscription fees.
• Minimize churn by proactively managing client satisfaction and demonstrating product ROI.
• Work closely with Finance to ensure timely billing and reconciliations.
Internal Collaboration
• Coordinate with Product, Tech Support, and Customer Success teams to escalate and resolve client issues efficiently.
• Provide feedback and insights from the field to support platform enhancements and strategic development.
• Work with Marketing to develop tailored B2B campaigns and promotional materials.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
• Track sales KPIs, client acquisition targets, and account health metrics.
• Provide regular performance and progress reports to senior management.
• Analyze regional performance trends and recommend strategies for improvement.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field (MBA is a plus).
• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in business development, preferably in FMCG, distribution, SaaS, or B2B technology.
• Strong network among FMCG distributors and corporate stakeholders in Luzon is highly desirable.
• Experience in client servicing, sales account management, or customer success.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working with platforms and analytics tools.
- Willing to travel extensively across Luzon.
