What You'll Do in This Role

Be part of our client's team as an Intermediate Draft Technician, where you will create architectural packages, develop high-accuracy digital models, and uphold strict quality standards. Using tools like Autodesk Revit, Xactimate, and proprietary drafting software, you'll support international projects in real estate, construction, insurance restoration, and spatial mapping-delivering reliable and data-ready outputs every time.

Your Key Responsibilities

Drafting & Quality Assurance

• Create architectural floor plan packages using Autodesk Revit for architecture, construction, and engineering clients
• Oversee quality assurance for drafting work to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards
• Create DWG floor plans, RVT models, and 3D isometric models for various clients
• Produce iGUIDE floor plans using proprietary Draft software
• Generate ESX floor plan sketches using Xactimate for insurance restoration claims

Collaboration & Reporting

• Address and report production issues to the iGUIDE Drafting Shift Leader
• Participate in cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives

Additional Contributions

• Support tasks outside of drafting such as AI annotations, marketing research, and case studies
• Maintain and achieve KPI targets through effective strategies and daily operations
• Perform other duties as assigned, ensuring flexibility and team support

What You'll Bring to the Team

• At least 3 years of relevant drafting or engineering-related experience
• Advanced Autodesk Revit proficiency (required)
• Ability to develop and prepare precise and detailed floor plan drawings
• Strong skills in performing QA checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards
• Solid understanding of drafting principles, workflows, and best practices
• Exceptional attention to detail to deliver accurate, high-quality outputs
• Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Effective problem-solving skills for resolving drafting or software issues
• Proficiency in organizing, prioritizing, and managing drafting tasks
• Flexibility to work with various CAD tools and adapt to diverse project requirements
