Inclusive Education Programs Lead

Makati City, National Capital Region, Philippines PJ Lhuillier Group of Companies Full time $40,000 - $60,000 per year

The position is primarily responsible for the general administration of CLFI programs related to education and other special projects. The position is also responsible for coordinating with beneficiaries, project partners and government units for the implementation of Scholarship and Alternative Learning and other education-related projects approved by the Lhuillier family.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervises the endorsement of scholar's job and OJT application.
  • Checks the conversation rate of graduate scholars endorsed to the organization for job opportunity.
  • Communicates with HR team on available training/seminar for the scholars.
  • Supports the Program Department Head in the implementation of alternative learning system.
  • Leads and mentors the team to ensure that the team's knowledge is developed.
  • Recommends training and skills enhancement for the team.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate of any four-year course, preferably related to Social Work
  • At least two (2) years of work experience related to program management in non-profit and/or other similar organization.
  • Knowledgeable in Project, Program Management and Corporate Social Awareness
  • Amenable to work in Makati City
