Marketing Officer

We're looking for a Marketing Officer to help keep our marketing team organized and running smoothly. This role focuses on admin work, coordination, and supporting the team with marketing tasks and logistics. Ideal for someone who's detail-oriented, reliable, and good at managing multiple moving parts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day admin tasks for the marketing team
  • Organize files, marketing materials, schedules, and team trackers
  • Assist with planning and logistics for events, promos, and shoots
  • Coordinate with suppliers, freelancers, and internal teams
  • Help prepare reports, meeting notes, and presentations
  • Support the execution of campaigns and team projects

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in admin, coordination, or marketing support roles
  • Organized and comfortable with handling paperwork, follow-ups, and scheduling
  • Good communication and basic writing/reporting skills
  • Knows how to use Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
  • Interest or background in marketing is a plus
