Deputy Operations Manager

· Oversee purchasing and logistics functions, ensuring efficiency and compliance.

· Manage import and export shipments, including documentation and coordination.

· Ensure compliance with all importation and accreditation requirements.

· Support office administrative and finance-related matters as needed.

· Liaise with counterparts in regional offices to support day-to-day operations.

· Ensure all procurement and logistics activities are carried out effectively, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.

· Collaborate with department heads and staff to implement and streamline company procedures and processes related to procurement and logistics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in operations, logistics, or general management.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abiltiies
