Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or a related field

  • Proficiency in statistical and actuarial software:

  • R, SAS, Python, Excel

  • Familiarity with financial modeling and risk analysis tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in computations
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly in reports and presentations
  • Internships or prior experience in actuarial work, insurance, or finance
  • Exposure to actuarial valuations, pricing strategies, or risk assessments
  • New graduates are welcome to apply

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Product Development

  • Assist in designing and pricing new life insurance products, ensuring competitiveness and regulatory compliance.

  • Valuation of Legal Policy Reserves

  • Perform reserve calculations in accordance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

  • Preparation of Actuarial Reports

  • Compile and analyze data to produce reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies.

  • Corporate Expense and Premium Projections

  • Support financial forecasting by modeling expenses and premium income across product lines.

  • Provision of Actuarial Services

  • Deliver technical support for underwriting, claims, and risk management teams.

  • Carry out additional tasks related to actuarial functions or departmental needs.
