Job Purpose

The Executive Driver at Wong Chu King Global Services Inc. is responsible for providing efficient and safe transportation services to the company's executives and guests. The role includes vehicle maintenance, compliance with traffic laws, and support for general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transportation Duties
  • Provide transportation services for executives, employees, and guests to assigned destinations, ensuring timeliness and safety.
  • Deliver important documents, packages, and items between offices and external partners, maintaining confidentiality and security.
  • Vehicle Maintenance
  • Ensure the assigned vehicle is in good working condition by performing regular maintenance checks (e.g., fuel, oil, water, brakes, lights).
  • Schedule and manage vehicle servicing, repairs, and cleaning to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
  • Keep the vehicle registration, insurance, and relevant documents updated.
  • Compliance and Safety
  • Adhere to traffic rules and regulations to ensure safety on the road.
  • Ensure passengers adhere to safety protocols, including the use of seat belts.
  • Report any accidents or incidents to the administrative manager immediately.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably as a company or executive driver.
  • Familiarity with Metro Manila and surrounding areas.
  • Licenses/Certifications:
  • Valid Professional Driver's License.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills and professional demeanor.

  • Reliability: Punctual and dependable in fulfilling transportation and administrative duties.

Work Conditions

  • Required to drive for extended periods, both within Metro Manila and in provincial areas.
  • Flexibility to work outside of regular office hours, including weekends or holidays, when necessary.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php17, Php19,000.00 per month
