  • Minimum 2–3 years of professional driving experience, preferably for private individuals, executives, or corporate use (not public transport).
  • Can drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
  • Must be a disciplined and cautious driver — strictly no reckless driving ("ayaw ng kaskasero").
  • Experience in the construction industry or site driving is a plus but not required.
  • Holds a valid Professional Driver's License
  • Familiar with Metro Manila and nearby provincial routes, with strong navigation and route-planning skills.
  • Knowledgeable in basic vehicle maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive checks.
  • Physically fit, punctual, reliable, and capable of working flexible hours (including weekends and holidays if needed).
  • Must demonstrate trustworthiness, confidentiality, and professionalism, especially when handling sensitive or executive-related matters.
  • Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills, with a respectful and service-oriented attitude.
  • Safely transport employees, executives, materials, and documents to and from designated locations according to schedule.
  • Provide reliable and punctual driving service for the CEO, executives, and Madhouse personnel, ensuring professionalism and discretion at all times.
  • Support logistics operations such as site mobilization, ocular inspections, and delivery runs when required.
  • Ensure the assigned vehicle is always clean, fueled, and in excellent running condition through daily inspection and routine maintenance checks.
  • Plan efficient routes and manage travel time to ensure on-time arrivals for meetings, site visits, and events.
  • Comply with traffic laws and company transport policies, maintaining a clean driving record and prioritizing passenger safety.
  • Coordinate daily itineraries with the Executive Assistant, Operations Team, or General Manager, ensuring alignment with schedules and priorities.
  • Maintain trip logs, mileage records, fuel consumption reports, and vehicle maintenance logs accurately and consistently.
  • Assist in loading/unloading of materials, deliveries, and errands related to company operations or executive needs.
  • Demonstrate a high level of courtesy, patience, and composure during long trips or unexpected schedule changes.
