The Certified Public Accountant (CPA) will play a key role in managing the company's financial health by ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of all financial records. This role involves preparing financial reports, analyzing financial data, overseeing internal controls, and supporting strategic business decisions. The CPA will collaborate closely with management and various departments to improve financial processes, optimize performance, and support company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, analyze, and validate financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.

Monitor and maintain strong internal controls and recommend process improvements.

Conduct financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.

Coordinate with external auditors during audit engagements.

Provide guidance on financial strategies, cost management, and business risks.

Assist in developing financial policies and ensuring adherence across the company.

Review and validate journal entries, account schedules, and balance sheet reconciliations.

Strengthen and maintain internal controls within the Accounting and Finance Department.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related field.

Certified Public Accountant (CPA); newly licensed CPAs and fresh graduates with CPA eligibility are welcome to apply.

Proficient in MS Excel; familiarity with accounting systems is an advantage.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in financial work.

Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team.

Eagerness to learn and grow within a corporate finance environment.
