About the Role

As a
Business Analyst
under Transformation Group
,
you will be responsible for providing
support to the lead with the daily delivery of projects. In addition, handling project deliverables like business analysis, document preparation, training implementation, or certain projects that will fall within your purview.

How You'll Contribute

  • Analysis of a business process and process flow preparation
  • Data collection, analysis and report design
  • Training preparation and execution
  • Validate your outcomes with your lead
  • Present your outcomes to project stakeholders and steering committees.
  • Proactively look for gaps in our processes and potential improvement opportunities. Combine both an operational view when looking for quick wins and a strategic view to look for long-term strategic initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/ Banking, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science/Engineering, or any relevant study
  • With at least three years of relevant experience in business analysis
  • Must have experience in
    consumer lending product handling
    or
    credit operations.
  • Worked on end-to-end system implementation projects in any bank or financial institution.
  • Preferably with data analysis experience, but not required
  • Good presentation, communication, and listening skills
