We're looking for a System Configuration Specialist to join our team in Manila. 

You'll be at the forefront of several high-impact initiatives, including the consolidation of enterprise reporting, rollout of a modern quote-to-cash process, adoption of e-invoicing, AI-driven collections, advanced revenue recognition, and streamlined provisioning for both hardware and software. This is a unique opportunity to shape the foundation of Lightspeed's next-generation financial operations.

What you'll be doing:

• Deliver system implementations continuously following the principles of agile development
• Align business processes with industry best practices
• Design customized solutions and optimize NetSuite based on requirements
• Collaborating with Product managers, Product Designers, Software Developers and other stakeholders throughout the software solutioning process
• Managing initiatives through the prototyping, design, configuration, development and delivery phases
• Implement various modules in Netsuite teaming with implementation developers
• Build and maintain and document applications data model standards

What you need to bring:

• Proven track record in delivering effective business solutions with strong capability across technical analysis, systems design, prototyping, peer review, build and release, quality processes, automation, estimation, and ongoing support
• Extensive experience configuring and customizing NetSuite OneWorld, including ARM, Suite Billing, Inventory Management, Field Services, Suite Analytics, and multi-subsidiary AR/AP processes
• Skilled in consolidating multi-org environments into a single master structure and managing intercompany transfers
• Strong background in SaaS business operations, as well as hardware and software asset management
• Hands-on experience integrating CRM, billing, and ERP platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, HubSpot, Suite Billing, Zuora, Stripe, or similar systems
