Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive ETL Support & System Monitoring Specialist to join our team. The individual will be primarily responsible for monitoring and providing day-to-day support for critical systems, including BRAIN, EDW, eHInts, and MCDR. In addition, this role will involve managing all ETL issues, ensuring smooth data operations, and occasionally supporting SR (Service Request) implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage the BRAIN, EDW, eHInts, and MCDR systems to ensure optimal performance and data flow.
  • Provide day-to-day support for the systems, resolving issues promptly and ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Troubleshoot and manage all ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) issues, ensuring data integrity and efficient processing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address system performance issues and implement improvements.
  • Assist in Service Request (SR) implementation on an as-needed basis, coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain and enhance system documentation related to ETL processes, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

Required Skills:

  1. Strong experience with ETL tools and processes.
  2. Proficiency in monitoring and managing enterprise data systems (such as BRAIN, EDW, eHInts, MCDR).
  3. Expertise in identifying and troubleshooting ETL issues.
  4. Familiarity with data processing, transformation, and quality assurance.
  5. Experience with system monitoring and performance optimization.
  6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address system issues promptly.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  1. Experience with Service Request (SR) management and implementation.
  2. Knowledge of cloud-based data management tools and solutions.
  3. Familiarity with automation tools for ETL or system monitoring.

Years of Experience:

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in ETL processes, system monitoring, and troubleshooting within enterprise data systems.
