Job Title: Clinical Application Specialist (Ultrasound) / Product Specialist

• Location: 90% Field Deployment (Metro Manila & Nationwide) | 10% HQ (Quezon City)
• Salary Range: PHP 22,500 – 30,000 per month (Based on Competencies)
• Reports To: Application Specialist Team Leader

Role Overview

The Clinical Application Specialist is a dual-impact role: you will be both a Clinical Technician executing diagnostic procedures for patients and a Product Expert supporting sales by executing product demonstrations and training. You will be regularly scheduled to perform actual diagnostic ultrasound procedures (2D Echo, Vascular, etc.) for our patient network. When not in the clinic, you will travel nationwide to demonstrate these capabilities to doctors, proving that our technology is the best tool for their practice.

Your role will be to grow into our in-house product expert that utilizes our machine to execute patient procedures and educate prospective end-users and doctors on the full capabilities of our machines and services.

Your Core Focus:

• Clinical Execution (Patient-Facing): Regularly perform accurate diagnostic procedures (2D Echo, Vascular, General Imaging) on actual patients during assigned clinical rotations.
• Product Demonstration (Client-Facing): Conduct high-level "Proof of Concept" scans for doctors and end-users to showcase image quality and product features. Ultimately, be the influencing factor for their purchase decisions.
• User Mastery and Support (Training): Transform clients from "new users" to "confident masters" of the equipment. Extend technical support whenever necessary.

Outcomes You Will Contribute Towards

• Clinical Volume & Quality: You will perform diagnostic procedures (2D Echo, Vascular, etc.) for our overall team target of 5,500+ patients/year, maintaining high accuracy and zero valid complaints.
• Product Demo Success: You will utilize your excellent product knowledge and communication skills to showcase our medical devices to doctors and end-users. Success in product demonstrations are measured by achieving an average 8.5 Net Promoter Score.
• Client Product Expertise: You will engage during product installations and train end-users to master the functions and use-cases of our machines. You will also provide technical support on our products as needed. Success in this area is measured by reducing our average client issue resolution time to less than 3 days.
• Operational Discipline: You will fully own your field schedule, administrative reporting, and the success of your team by ensuring timely submission of expected work data, collaborating with your teammates, and being involved in tasks that will push forward the mission of the company.

Starting Role Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Biology, MedTech, RadTech, or related Applied Sciences (Social Sciences are not eligible).
• Mobility (90% Field): You are fit and willing to travel daily within Metro Manila and frequently to provinces nationwide.
• Schedule Agility: You are willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays when critical demos or patient schedules require it.
• Tech Literacy: You are comfortable using productivity tools (spreadsheets, presentation software) to file reports and expense logs.
• Basic Communication Skills: You are able to communicate and express your ideas with clarity. You can communicate verbally and in written format in English and Filipino.
• Interest in Sonography and Medical Devices: You have a keen interest in sonography and medical devices, displayed by a willingness to learn. You have a personal reason and story behind why this career path is for you.

• You are well-capable of performing Ultrasound procedures with good quality and timeliness. Specific focus on 2D Echo and Vascular procedures but those with experience in General Imaging is welcome as well.
• You are ready to leverage your clinical skills to train others and support sales.
• You possess a good background in ultrasound machines and will be quick to learn specific features with our machines

The High-Potential Aspiring Specialist

• You are a fresh graduate (or early career) with a strong science background.
• You are a fast and gritty learner who can master complex medical equipment and scanning protocols quickly under our training program.

Work Expectations

• Location: You will not be tied to a desk. Your "office" is the hospitals and clinics of our partners. (90% Deployment / 10% HQ). You must be willing to regularly travel to hospitals situated in Metro Manila (particularly Makati and Rizal).
• Schedule Flexibility: Our regular schedule is 8-hours a day from Monday to Friday. While this is the core schedule, you must be willing to work on weekends or early mornings when critical patient procedures, product demos, or your role requires it. Excess of weekly stipulated work hours and schedule are fillable for overtime pay and/or offset leaves.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: PHP 22,500 – 30,000 (Determined by competence level).
• Travel Covered: All official fieldwork travel expenses (flights, gas, accommodation) OUTSIDE of Metro Manila are shouldered by the company.

• Leaves Policy: You will be provided with a balance of leaves with a minimum balance of 18 leaves upon regularization.
• Meal Allowance: You will be provided a 540 PHP extra stipend for meal allowance. An allowance is also provided in general for product demonstrations outside of Metro Manila.
