About the role

As a Service Engineer at RVVP International Corporation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our industrial equipment and machinery. Located in Navotas City, Metro Manila, this full-time position will involve providing technical expertise and hands-on support to our clients, helping to maximise the efficiency and lifespan of their mission-critical assets.

What you'll be doing

  • Conducting scheduled and preventive maintenance inspections on a range of industrial equipment
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing effective solutions
  • Performing component replacements, repairs, and modifications as required
  • Liaising with clients to understand their needs and provide technical guidance
  • Maintaining detailed records of all service activities and reporting on equipment performance
  • Collaborating with the engineering team to identify opportunities for process improvements

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline
  • Experience as a Service Engineer or Field Service Technician in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong technical expertise in the maintenance and repair of industrial machinery and equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with clients
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as required
