Role Purpose

Sealed Air Philippines is looking for a motivated Territory Business Manager. You'll lead and manage the assigned business territory through existing customer growth, new customer wins, successful market penetration of new applications/innovations and/or new geographical expansions and by ensuring that the sales activities present Sealed Air as a highly professional competent and ethical company to our customers.

You'll also prepare costing & pricing activity for Protective Packaging & Food Packaging Cavite packaging portfolio

What You'll Do
  • Manage the development of business in the designated segment by:

  • Mapping of the industry/segment/sector for opportunities and size.

  • Tailor–fitting SEE applications / knowledge to develop appropriate programs to convert these opportunities into business.
  • Creation, implementation and monitoring of progress of meaningful business plans for major/significant customers within designated territory.

  • Achieve maximum sales at highest margin returns.

  • Coordinates and conduct assessment and trials along with Application specialists. (a) roll-outs (b) plant audit and commercial trials.
  • Develop relationships with key external customers through regular communications, field visits, business reviews and other engagement activities
  • Work closely with the global/ regional/ local business development team in developing and implementing strategies to win new accounts and additional applications in existing accounts.
  • Maintain good working relationship with internal customers for cross-functional engagements.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting of customer requirements via designated methods. Assist in the collection of outstanding Debtors and the enforcement of Sealed Air trading terms.
  • Provide reports as requested, on time, with the accuracy and detail required for the purpose including audits.
  • Ensure maximum 48-hour turn around for all costing/pricing requirement of Protective Packaging & Food Packaging Cavite portfolio.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in Business management, engineering, food science or related field; PRC License and/or MBA is a plus
  • Relevant sales experience in business-to-business sales setting; sales management experience is preferred
  • Organized, systemic thinking skills and knows value selling.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, trustworthy, and customer-centric
  • Able to travel for short / periods of time
  • Ability to drive with non-pro/pro license
  • Computer applications; Word, Excel & PowerPoint a must
