Key Responsibilities:

Employer Branding:

Collaborate with marketing/HR to strengthen employer brand positioning in the Philippines and regional markets.

Stakeholder Management:

Partner with department heads, HRBP, and C-level leaders to forecast manpower needs and align hiring plans.

Process & Technology Optimization:

Leverage ATS systems, recruitment automation tools, and data analytics to streamline processes.

Compliance & Candidate Experience:

Ensure a fair, inclusive, and compliant hiring process while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
