Company Nurse

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Provide first aid and basic medical care for work-related injuries or illnesses.
• Assess and monitor employee health complaints and recommend appropriate action or referral.
• Administer prescribed medications and maintain secure storage of medical supplies.
• Assist in pre-employment medical exams, annual physical exams, and health screening.
• Monitor and document employee health records confidentially and accurately.
• Assist in the implementation of vaccination programs and wellness initiatives.
• Support the Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) program of the company.
• Participate in safety inspections, drills, and incident reporting.
• Ensure compliance with DOLE, DOH, and OSHA standards.
• Maintain and update health records, inventory of supplies, and medical reports.
• Prepare and submit incident reports, medical logs, and summaries as required.
• Coordinate with external healthcare providers and company physician when necessary

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Male/Female
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent
• Must be a Registered Nurse
• At least 1 year experience as a company nurse or in a similar role
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations
• Knowledge of emergency procedures, first aid, CPR and emergency equipment
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be amenable to work at least 3 days per week in the office.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php Php1,000.00 per day

Expected hours: 24 per week
