Responsible for overseeing the company's motor pool and fleet of vehicles. This role includes ensuring that all vehicles and equipment are properly maintained, scheduling preventive maintenance, managing repair activities, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities:


• Oversee and manage the company's fleet and motor pool operations.


• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.


• Supervise maintenance personnel and ensure efficiency in repairs.


• Monitor vehicle and equipment performance and recommend necessary upgrades.


• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.


• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies.

Qualifications & Skills:


• Licensed Mechanical Engineer (PRC).


• At least 10 years of experience in maintenance management.


• Strong leadership and organizational skills.


• Knowledgeable in fleet management, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting.


• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
