IT Specialist

General IT Support:

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other office equipment.
• Manage and maintain local area networks (LAN), internet connections, and basic server support.
• Assist in setting up user accounts, email configurations, and access permissions.
• Ensure regular updates, patching, and antivirus deployment on all company devices.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting for software and hardware issues onsite or remotely.
• Document support cases, technical issues, and solutions provided.

CCTV and Security Systems:

• Monitor the health and performance of all CCTV systems in offices, warehouses, and sorting hubs.
• Assist in the installation, setup, and relocation of CCTV cameras and DVR/NVR systems.
• Perform routine checks to ensure all cameras are functioning and recordings are stored properly.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for CCTV repairs, upgrades, or expansions.
• Retrieve and secure video footage as requested by management or security team.

Operational IT Support (Courier/Logistics-Specific):

• Support handheld devices, scanners, tracking systems, and delivery-related tech tools.
• Assist in configuring and troubleshooting routing and tracking software used by operations teams.
• Support branch locations with IT issues affecting sorting, dispatching, and delivery operations.
• Ensure data backup procedures are in place and followed consistently.

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• At least 1-2 years of experience in an IT support role (experience in logistics/courier industry is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of CCTV systems, including wiring, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with networking (LAN/WAN), printers, routers, switches, and other office equipment
• Working knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and Google Workspace
• Ability to multitask and respond to technical issues in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer service mindset
• Willing to travel to branches or warehouses as needed
