Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Sales & Revenue Achieve sales targets, analyze trends, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
• Customer Service & Concerns Ensure excellent service, address customer issues, and enhance the shopping experience.
• Employee Management & Concerns Supervise, train, and support staff while resolving workplace concerns.
• Lead by Example Uphold professionalism, work ethic, and company values as a role model for employees.
• Inventory Management Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishments, and minimize losses through proper controls.
• Store Operations Oversee cleanliness, security, and adherence to safety regulations.
• Financial & Administrative Oversight Manage expenses, handle cash transactions, and prepare reports for management.
• Marketing & Merchandising Execute promotional activities, maintain product displays, and attract customer engagement.
• Policy & Compliance Ensure adherence to company policies, legal standards, and operational procedures.

Requirements and skills

• Experience as a retail Store Manager (Prefer: Coffee industry)
• Leading skills and business orientation
• Customer management skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php19,000.00 per month
