About the Role

We're seeking a driven and creative Marketing Associate to lead marketing strategy and execution for our suite of tech-driven products and apps. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution — ideal for someone passionate about technology, storytelling, and community-building.

You'll lead a small team of creatives (designers, writers, content strategists) to develop campaigns that boost user acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness. This is a growth-focused position with direct ownership of marketing outcomes and the opportunity to shape how our products connect with users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a Creative Marketing Team:

Manage and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and content creators to execute innovative, user-centered campaigns.

  • Develop Growth Marketing Strategies:

Build and implement marketing initiatives that drive app downloads, user retention, and overall product visibility.

  • Customer Research & Insights:

Conduct user research and gather customer insights to inform messaging, campaign design, and product improvements.

  • Content Calendar & Campaign Management:

Create and manage a comprehensive marketing calendar — from social media and email campaigns to product launches and seasonal pushes.

  • Brand Storytelling:

Craft narratives that communicate our mission and highlight how our products improve users' lives.

  • Performance Tracking & Optimization:

Use analytics tools to measure campaign performance, identify opportunities, and optimize marketing spend for maximum ROI.

  • Collaboration Across Teams:

Work closely with Product, Design, and Business Development to align marketing efforts with product launches and feature rollouts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing for tech, apps, or digital products
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire creative teams
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns (social, paid, influencer, partnerships, email)
  • Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills

Nice-to-Have

  • Background in product marketing or growth strategy
  • Experience in app store optimization (ASO) and user lifecycle marketing
  • Creative skills in copywriting or visual storytelling
  • Understanding of community-driven marketing and UGC
