Motorpool Supervisor

JOB DUTIES:

• Thorough knowledge of the use of various hand and power tools, measuring devices, and testing equipment
• Considerable knowledge of the purchase of parts and supplies.
• Ability to plan and direct the work of skilled repairers, machinists, painters, and helpers.
• Ability to diagnose motor vehicle troubles.
• Ability to read motorized equipment blueprints, diagrams, and manuals
• Responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the Motorpool ensuring optimum work performance and available work force to meet the service requirements of the Company
• Ability to supervise trained mechanics.
• In charge of administering and supervising Motorpool equipment and trucking needs of the client ensuring that department objectives and client objective are met.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• With TESDA Certification (NC II - Heavy Equipment Operation Forklift)
• BS Mechanical Engineer is a must
• With experience as mechanic for forklift, Payloader, heavy vehicles
• Computer literate
• Willing to be assigned at Guiguinto, Bulacan
• Willing to work 12 hour duty
