Job Summary:

The Cashier is responsible for handling cash and electronic transactions in the park's ticket booths, food stalls, or souvenir shops. The role ensures accurate billing, provides excellent customer service, and maintains the cleanliness and orderliness of the cashiering area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payments for tickets, food, beverages, and merchandise accurately and efficiently.
  • Issue receipts, change, or tickets to customers.
  • Ensure proper handling of cash, credit cards, and electronic transactions.
  • Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts.
  • Answer customer inquiries politely and provide information about park services, promotions, or events.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cashier station.
  • Report any discrepancies, technical issues, or suspicious transactions to the supervisor.
  • Assist in crowd management and ensure smooth flow at counters.
  • Follow park policies and maintain high standards of customer service.

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Previous cashiering or customer service experience preferred.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Trustworthy, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.
