Standard Tasks
Reviews daily reports: arrivals, in-house and departure lists: (VIP's, Groups and Kids) flags and profiles and guest complaint logbook.
Retrieves registration cards.
Reads and prepares endorsements from and to colleagues.
Handles front office duties specifically Check-in, and retrieves necessary information from the guest.
Updates guest profile.
Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs.
Coordinates with Housekeeping and Food and Beverage in welcoming guests
Prepares daily collaterals (GMs Card, Welcome Letter, Turndown tag, Etc…)
Accomplishes shift reports, checklists, and worksheet (Check-In and Shift Checklist)
Interacts with guests consistently in an effective manner.
Handles complaints and feedback of the guests.
Briefs guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities.
Recommends guest's activities pertaining to preference and organizes if needed.
Accepts guest's requests and relays to departments concerned.
To attend promotional functions as appropriate.
Participates in the planning and preparation of the business/marketing plan, takes active part in its implementation and in the organization of other special offers, promotional activities and other events.
Assists in group arrivals, events and departure.
