About the role

As an Area Service Crew Trainer at Select Goods', you will play a vital role in maintaining the exceptional service standards across our Taguig City locations. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for training and developing our service crew to ensure they provide a consistently outstanding experience to our customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Conducting comprehensive training programmes to onboard new service crew members and upskill existing teams
  • Observing service crew performance and providing constructive feedback to improve customer service
  • Identifying training needs and designing tailored programmes to address any skills gaps
  • Collaborating with management to implement service initiatives and improve operational efficiency
  • Serving as a role model for excellent customer service and actively demonstrating best practices
  • Maintaining detailed training records and reporting on the effectiveness of development programmes

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a service crew trainer or supervisor in the hospitality or retail industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and motivate teams
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
