  • New Hire Training: Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs for new service crew members at training center, covering all aspects of customer service, product knowledge, food safety, and operational procedures.
  • SOP Compliance Audits:
  • Conduct regular, unannounced audits at various branches to assess adherence to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for food preparation, service delivery, cleanliness, hygiene, and customer interaction.
  • Observe crew performance during audits, identify areas for improvement, and provide constructive feedback to branch managers and crew members.
  • Conduct on-site refresher training sessions for existing staff based on audit findings or new policy implementations.
  • Address operational challenges and non-compliance issues identified during audits, working with branch teams to implement effective solutions.
  • Extensive travel to various branches and potentially nearby provinces as required.
  • Can perform other administrative task based on manager's discretion.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of training attendance, audit findings, and corrective actions. Prepare comprehensive reports for management on compliance levels and training effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with management to review, update, and develop new SOPs to ensure they are current, efficient, and aligned with best practices.
  • Manpower Support: Provide hands-on assistance to branches experiencing temporary manpower shortages, stepping in to support front-of-house or back-of-house operations as required to maintain service levels.
