We are seeking a sales-driven and customer-focused Sales Officer to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. This role involves identifying and implementing effective sales strategies, promoting company offerings to both new and existing customers, and preparing accurate sales and expense reports.

The ideal candidate is persuasive, knowledgeable about industry regulations, and committed to excellent customer service. Success in this role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, a proactive approach to generating leads, and the ability to thrive in a competitive environment.

Sales Officer Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Screen, recruit, and train new members of the sales team to ensure high performance and alignment with company goals.
  • Reach out to potential customers to introduce and promote company products, encouraging purchases through persuasive communication.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Build in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services to effectively address customer needs and objections.
  • Keep accurate records of all sales activities, customer appointments, and complaints to support performance tracking and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the company effectively reaches and engages its target audience.
  • Provide feedback to product development teams regarding potential improvements or changes to align with market demands.
  • Prepare detailed cost-benefit analyses for both prospective and existing clients to recommend the most suitable purchasing options.
  • Analyze competitors' products to understand market trends, identify opportunities for differentiation, and assess the strengths and weaknesses of competing offerings.

Sales Officer Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business finance, administration, business management, marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven sales experience.
  • Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
