Job Summary

The Sales Associate is primarily responsible for the generation of sales of automotive units and ancillary services as financing and insurance and ensuring the delivery of units to buyers upon completion of the sales transaction.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Performs job functions consistent with the corporate vision and mission statements and the core values of the company.
  • Participates in the planning process for the generation of different sales and marketing strategies to improve the sales efficiency and productivity of the company.
  • Undertakes selling activities to meet prescribed sales targets.
  • Generates leads through the use of marketing strategies to come up with the listing of prospective clients; cultivates fleet accounts as well as retail customers thru proper prospecting.
  • Conducts sales presentation either through phone or face-to-face interactions with customers providing accurate information on product features and benefits as well as quotations on product costing.
  • Conducts product demonstration; performs and/or assists customers during test drives to further highlight vehicle features and benefits.
  • Assists clients who have made their purchase decisions in the completion of documentary requirements in coordination with other concerned departments within the organization; completes customer records.
  • Provides information on and undertakes cross-selling of other company services such as financing, comprehensive automotive insurance, extended warranty, as well as complementary/special products and accessories.
  • Coordinates the delivery of purchased units to the customers.
  • Participates in after sales servicing and regular customer contact in coordination with other departments within the organization to ensure customer loyalty and sustained patronage of company products and services.
  • Prepares periodic reports on the status of the sales quota, sales activities, and LGM to superiors for forecast and monitoring purposes.
  • Attends seminars and workshops on product knowledge and selling skills enhancement.
  • Performs such other duties and responsibilities analogous, germane or related to and/or implied from the above enumeration of duties and responsibilities.

Qualifications and Skills

-At least 2 years college graduate or graduate of any degree.

-Male or Female

-Strong Physical Impact / Good appearance

-Good communication skills with high level of confidence

-Computer literate

-Team player

-With a good moral and positive attitude at work
