*What You'll Do*

  • Complete accurate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
  • Prepare month-end financial reports to P&L and balance sheet level.
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly with full substantiation.
  • Assist with tax filing, compliance, and audit support.
  • Maintain the fixed asset register and post general ledger journals.
  • Recommend financial actions by analysing accounting options.
  • Help develop and document SOPs and process improvements.

**What We're Looking For:****

  • 5+ years of experience in a Senior Accountant, Financial Accountant, Management Accountant, or a similar accounting role.
  • Experienced in financial systems, budgeting, reporting, data analysis, auditing, taxation, and providing financial advice.
  • Able to clearly convey technical and financial information to diverse audiences.
  • Knowledge of US and/or Canadian tax regulations is an advantage.
  • Proficient in NetSuite, Xero, MYOB, and other cloud-based accounting platforms.
  • Willing to work within North American time zones
  • Open to working or relocating to the Angeles City, Pampanga office
