Qualifications:
- At least
6 months of proven experience
in a call center environment. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- A customer-centric attitude with a passion for providing excellent service.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Must be willing to work in our Makati office.
- Must be able to start ASAP.
