Qualifications:

  • At least 
    6 months of proven experience
     in a call center environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • A customer-centric attitude with a passion for providing excellent service.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be willing to work in our Makati office.
  • Must be able to start ASAP.
