Primary Duties and Responsibilities

    1. Troubleshoot refrigeration systems for clients with different needs
    1. Replace faulty refrigeration parts
    1. Install new refrigeration systems, as well as ice machines and other types of beverage equipment
    1. Accomplishes refrigeration installation and maintenance tasks on maintenance and construction.
    1. Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on refrigeration and cooling equipment in accordance with the preventive maintenance program.
    1. Keeps refrigeration inventory up to date and orders replacement parts as needed
    1. Have the ability to adjust boiler or refrigeration system's pressures through adjustment of controls.
    1. Acts as mechanical, technical, and operational, support to all refrigeration pneumatics, hydraulics and boilers for the facility.
    1. Supports the Maintenance team in matters pertaining to refrigeration, pneumatics, hydraulics and boilers.
    1. Assures compliance to refrigeration, pneumatics, hydraulics and boilers standards set forth by maintenance management and Regulations.
    1. Analyzes refrigeration malfunctions from performance and test equipment readings and determines appropriate repairs.
    1. Checks air compressors, pumps, refrigeration rooms and freezers.
    1. Answer any questions that clients may have about their refrigeration systems
    1. Observe and test newly-installed systems to ensure they work properly
    1. Maintain clean mechanical rooms at all times with no exceptions
    1. Work with several outside vendors and technicians in a professional manner
    1. Assist maintenance technicians with mechanical troubleshooting and repairs as needed or as directed by maintenance leadership
