Job Summary
The Executive Secretary will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and senior executives. This role involves managing schedules, communications, and documents while ensuring confidentiality and efficiency in the executive office.
Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Draft and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Organize board meetings and record meeting minutes
- Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and inquiries
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
- Maintain confidential records and filing systems
- Perform other executive support tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
