Overview

The Make/n8n Developer is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining end-to-end workflow automations for clients. This role requires a strong understanding of APIs, logic flow, and system integration. The ideal candidate is not only technically skilled but also strategic—capable of designing the most efficient, scalable, and cost-effective solutions possible.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Workflow Design & Development

  • Build and maintain automation workflows using or n8n, integrating multiple platforms (e.g., CRMs, Twilio, Google Workspace, Calendly, Airtable, Shopify, etc.).
  • Translate business processes into logical automation flows that minimize human effort and errors.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify or optimize existing workflows for better performance and reliability.

2. API Integration

  • Connect third-party and custom APIs seamlessly into Make/n8n workflows.
  • Understand RESTful API concepts, authentication (OAuth2, API keys, webhooks), and JSON data handling.
  • Debug and test integrations to ensure data accuracy and system stability.

3. Problem-Solving & Optimization

  • Analyze complex requirements and propose the most efficient and scalable automation approach.
  • Anticipate potential issues in workflows and build error handling and fallback mechanisms.
  • Continuously optimize existing workflows for speed, cost efficiency, and maintainability.

4. Documentation & Maintenance

  • Maintain clear, organized documentation for every scenario and integration.
  • Update existing automations as client needs evolve or APIs change.
  • Provide basic training or walkthroughs to internal teams on how automations work.

5. Collaboration & Communication

  • Communicate progress clearly and proactively troubleshoot with minimal supervision.
  • Suggest creative automation ideas that can improve operations or reduce costs for clients.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience with Make (Integromat) or n8n.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
  • Experience integrating tools like Twilio, Google Sheets, CRMs, and email systems.
  • Logical thinker with a knack for simplifying complex processes.
  • Familiarity with basic JavaScript for advanced logic and custom functions is a plus.
  • Work Setup: Onsite (Negotiable to hybrid/online depending on interview performance)
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
