Job Description:

Reporting & Filings:

  • Prepare and submit financial statements, tax returns (such as VAT, withholding, and income tax), and other reports to various authorities.

Auditing & Internal Controls:

  • Assist in internal and external audits by providing documentation and financial information. Monitor and improve internal controls to prevent fraud and errors in financial reporting.

Regulatory Monitoring:

  • Stay informed about new and updated tax laws and financial regulations, and work to ensure the company's compliance with these changes.

Financial Analysis:

  • Conduct financial analysis, explain variances in operating accounts, and provide management insights.

Record Keeping:

  • Maintain and organize financial records and files accurately and systematically.

Liaison:

  • Coordinate with internal departments, external auditors, tax preparers, government agencies, and other stakeholders to facilitate reporting and compliance activities.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Business Studies or equivalent.
  • Experience in Accounting Compliance, AP, AR, and bookkeeping or general accounting is an advantage
  • Adept in computer applications
  • Must be keen to details, dependable with value for high work ethics and customer service
  • Possesses dynamic personality, able to deal with all levels in the organization
  • With good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willing to be assigned in Shaw Blvd., Pasig City
