Able to work efficiently under pressure. ArchitectJob DescriptionPrepare schematic design and complete architectural working drawings and shop drawings. Involve in tender work and assist the tender team to develop schemes.

Design for fit-out works. Coordinate with Design Consultants and Contractors. Evaluate estimates/quotations from contractors.

Evaluate progress billing statements issued by contractors. Prepare as-built drawings as per site conditions and changes. Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:Graduate of BS Architecture. Licensed Architect with at least 2 years of experience. Knowledgeable in project scheduling, cost estimate, and site supervision.

Knowledgeable in project documentation. Willing to be assigned to any project sites. Why Join
