Job Summary:

One Call Solutions - Davao is looking for a skilled Data Analyst to design and maintain data models, build and optimize data pipelines, and create insightful dashboards. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data solutions with business goals, ensure data quality, and adhere to privacy standards. The ideal candidate has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI, and a passion for driving data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain data models that support business intelligence and analytics.
  • Build and optimize data pipelines for efficient data extraction, transformation
  • Collaborate with teams across departments to gather requirements and align data solutions with business goals.
  • Ensure data quality and adhere to privacy and governance standards.
  • Monitor and optimize data pipeline performance for scalability and efficiency.
  • Maintain and enhance existing reporting, ensuring dashboards are accurate and aligned with business needs.
  • Design, develop, and publish dashboards based on evolving business requirements.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting platforms.
  • Adhere to data privacy and security standards, especially with sensitive data.
  • Prepare and analyze data for teams across the organization to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and understanding of data.
  • Partner with business users to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.
  • Maintain a detail-oriented and curious mindset, continuously improving technical capabilities and understanding of systems and data structures.
  • Ensure data flows seamlessly to fuel a data-driven culture across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong ability to identify the right tools and techniques to achieve business objectives.
  • Advanced Excel skills, particularly in an analytics/reporting capacity
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and maintaining reporting datasets and processes
  • Proven ability to work with large data warehouses and manage reporting processes
  • Proficiency in at least one of the following tools: Tableau, LookerStudio, PowerBI
  • Familiarity with visualizing data, ensuring clarity and usefulness for business stakeholders
