Job Description
  • Participate in regular backlog refinement sessions, offering valuable developer insights and enhancing your design and problem-solving skills.
  • Take part in sprint planning to ensure balanced workloads and improve time management practices.
  • Design and develop technical solutions that simplify business logic and enhance the customer experience.
  • Engage in seasonal Research & Development (R&D) or Innovation Sprints to continuously strengthen your technical expertise.
  • Collaborate with program and project management teams to provide clear timelines and updates on your development progress.
  • Maintain the stability of the Payment Services ecosystem by proactively identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving bugs and errors.
Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or Software Developer (Non-negotiable).
  • Back-End Development: 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot (Non-negotiable).
  • Front-End Development: 2–3 years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (Non-negotiable).
  • Additional Development Skills: 2–3 years of experience in and (Non-negotiable).
  • Must be capable of coding, as a coding assessment will be required by our client (Non-negotiable).
  • Experience in application deployment and management using Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with architectural and integration patterns such as Pub/Sub, message queues, databases, and APIs.
  • Exposure to API design and UI/UX development.
  • Strong ability to communicate design trade-offs and technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Commitment to code quality, testing, and delivering efficient, maintainable solutions.

Preferred / Advantageous:

  • Experience with AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Background in microservices architecture or distributed systems development.
  • Knowledge of container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes or Red Hat OpenShift (RHOCP).
  • Experience with serverless architectures.
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
  • Exposure to monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
