Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer / Software Developer
  • Strong background in Java and Springboot (Backend)
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, and NodeJS (Frontend)
  • Hands-on experience in API design, UI/UX development, and Kubernetes deployment
  • Familiar with architectural and integration patterns such as Pub/Sub, Queues, Databases, and APIs
  • Strong emphasis on code quality, testing, and maintainability
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving mindset
  • Open to candidates willing to take a coding assessment as part of the selection process

Preferred Skills (Advantageous):

  • Experience with AWS or Google Cloud Platform
  • Knowledge in microservices architecture and distributed systems
  • Familiarity with container orchestration tools (Kubernetes, RHOCP)
  • Exposure to serverless architectures and infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Ansible)
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in backlog refinement and provide technical insights during design discussions
  • Contribute to sprint planning to ensure balanced workloads and efficient delivery
  • Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using Java, Springboot, ReactJS, and NodeJS
  • Implement and optimize business logic to improve user experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, timelines, and deliverables
  • Conduct bug fixes, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement to keep systems running smoothly
  • Engage in research and innovation projects to enhance technical skills and adopt emerging technologies
