Job Summary:

The Territory Assistant is responsible for delivering quality support and service to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. The role also involves assisting in the maintenance and monitoring of water systems, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers to respond to concerns such as water pressure, water quality, and service interruptions.
  • Coordinate and escalate unresolved issues to the Territory Officer for proper handling.
  • Assist in identifying, maintaining, and repairing waterline systems to prevent water loss and ensure consistent water delivery to residential and commercial clients.
  • Monitor and help maintain water quality by conducting checks and observing treatment processes to detect any irregularities.
  • Handle the installation, repair, and maintenance of water meters to ensure accurate billing records.
  • Contribute to achieving monthly and annual performance goals and service targets.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Background in customer service and stakeholder management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of plumbing components, fittings, and accessories.
  • Ability to interpret plumbing design drawings.
  • Driving skills are an advantage.
