Qualifications:

  • Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer
  • With 8–10 years of experience as a Project Engineer
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, Civil 3D and STAAD
  • Able to work within budget and meet project deadlines
  • Knowledgeable in cost estimation, quantity surveying, and QA/QC
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Willing to work at any assigned project site
  • Experience in real estate or land development projects is an advantage
  • Possesses confident decision-making and excellent communication skills
  • Must have good character, discipline, and a strong work ethic

Job Description:

Managing construction requirements. Planning construction timetables and ensuring projects are on time. Reporting on a project's progress. Coordinating efforts and managing relationships with subcontractors, architects, and engineers.

·Performs a technical, organizational and supervisory role on construction projects

·He micromanages the project;

·He does all coordination in the project;

·Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications;

·He directs all site staffs;

·Day to day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force;

·Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plans and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines;

·Preparing reports as required;

·Overseeing and coordinating the resources needed for projects;

·Managing risks and ensuring they are mitigated or removed;

·Executes all tasks related to the position as necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
